Tickets for People with Disabilities

From February 5, people with a degree of disability of at least 50 or equivalent status can purchase one discounted ticket per screening. If the severely disabled person's pass includes the “B” designation, the ticket for the accompanying person is free of charge. When attending the festival, please present the corresponding proof at the entrance. The booking should be done with a booking form or via the Online Inclusion Ticket Shop.

Please just use one of these two methods.

Tickets via Booking Form

Tickets can be ordered via the Inclusion Ticket Counter with our booking form by email at or by phone on +49 30 259 20 950 (daily from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm). Your tickets will then be sent by email as ticketdirect / mobile ticket.

Booked tickets can also be picked up in person by prior arrangement with the Inclusion Ticket Counter. It is located at Eichhornstraße 3 (corner of Schellingstraße), 10785 Berlin, next to the Berlinale Service Center. Further information on how to use the app can be found at gretaundstarks.de.For some selected screenings, there will be an assistant on-site, with devices for the audio description available to loan. You will still need to provide your own headphones. The rental devices have a standard headphone jack for conventional headphones and also support the use of Bluetooth headphones.
