Ian de la Rosa
The director and screenwriter is from Almería in the south of Spain. His short film Victor XX won the Cinéfondation Award at Cannes. His second short, Farrucas, was nominated for a Goya and won a Gaudí Award, making him the first Spanish trans filmmaker to receive such recognition. He was a screenwriter on the series Veneno for HBO. Iván & Hadoum is his debut feature film.
