Pol Rodríguez
The filmmaker made his debut in 2016 with Quatretondeta which won two Silver Biznagas at the Málaga Film Festival. His other projects include Year Zero, a documentary series filmed in eleven countries with Kathryn Bigelow as executive producer. In 2024, he co-directed with Isaki Lacuesta the feature film Segundo premio which was selected as Spain’s official Oscar entry and won the Goya and Gaudí Awards for Best Director.

Isaki Lacuesta
The Catalan director first rose to international prominence with his debut feature film Los condenados which won the FIPRESCI Prize at the San Sebastián Film Festival. His films Los pasos dobles and Entre dos aguas both won the Golden Shell for Best Film at the same festival while Un año, una noche was selected for the Berlinale Competition. His feature film Segundo premio, which he co-directed with Pol Rodríguez, won the Goya and Gaudí Awards for Best Director.
