Little Man

LITTLE MAN

13-year-old Simeon is a quiet, introverted boy growing up in humble surroundings in the South African hinterland. The only time the boy is really happy is when he wanders about the forest on his own. He is enjoying one of these idyllic rambles when he sets eyes on Marianna – and from this moment on the boy is quite lost. Fascinated by this tough 19-year-old girl, Simeon follows Marianna into town. Marianna and her friends crack their share of jokes at the boy’s expense but Simeon is undeterred. But then, when Marianna’s boyfriend catches Simeon spying on them, all hell breaks loose . . .
