Vito is determined that his oldest son Mario, should learn the kind of football they play in Italy – with a round ball and a proper goal. But Mario wants to play American football like his Australian friends – with an oval-shaped ball and, of course, no goal. Vito is worried that, should Mario break with European traditions, no good will come to his family.
