Chhngai Dach Alai

Further and Further Away
The construction of a dam has flooded their Indigenous village and they find it hard to get settled on the newly allocated farmland. The sister wants to stay, nonetheless, because the souls of her deceased parents are not yet at rest. The brother, on the other hand, is drawn to the big city and a more promising future. Everyone grieves in a different way and some paths are better travelled alone.
