Manöver

Manoeuvres
Monday morning, 7 am. Three alarm clocks ring. Just in case. Even so, the young man (Werner Enke) doesn’t wake up until the young woman (May Spils) asks the postman to wallop him one. While she demands that he wake up and smell the coffee, the late sleeper only seems motivated to enjoy his bath – turning it into a swimming lane and trying for a “world championship in making faces”. As May Spils' feature narrative debut would show, this is a merry rehearsal for Go for It, Baby.
