With the film Tuan Yuan (Apart Together) by Wang Quan’an, the 60th Berlinale opened February 11, 2010. Berlinale Director Dieter Kosslick opened the Festival together with Jury President Werner Herzog. Music for the gala was provided by Max Raabe & Palast Orchester, Anke Engelke hosted the evening.
