An ex-officer wants to make a documentary about a man he met secretly on the beach at Tanjong Rhu. This beach is a popular meeting-place for gays in Singapore. In 1993 twelve men were arrested here and later sentenced to imprisonment. This event forms the background for this cinematic fiction.
