Berlin's mayor Klaus Wowereit welcomes Arthur Penn at the City Hall. Arthur Penn is the guest of honor of this year's Homage. The little white bear will soon have someone to play with: Penn will receive an Honorary Golden Bear from the festival for his life-time achievement.
