YASIN

Before the 11th of September, 2001, ten-year-old Yasin and his Jordanian parents led a perfectly normal life in Southern California. But after the attacks on the World Trade Center, their lives change dramatically: Yasin's father is arrested during a dawn raid on their home, and Yasin finds himself the victim of harassment at school, where he is branded a "terrorist's" son. It is not easy for Yasin to have faith in his father's innocence, or to combat the prejudice facing Muslim immigrants in the USA.
