Industry Accreditation

Industry professionals travelling to Berlin can apply for a Festival Accreditation and/or Market Badge. Professionals staying at home can apply for the Online Market Badge. Please note that the European Film Market is extending its online features this year and that access to the physical market has had to be adapted due to the COVID-19 restrictions.

The Festival Accreditation grants access to the festival screenings of each section, though not to all screening times or every venue, and to the public events in the Berlinale Talents programme. Tickets for these screenings can be booked free of charge online. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, capacity is limited and the Festival Accreditation will therefore not grant access to the EFM location Gropius Bau.

The Market Badge grants access to the EFM locations and Market Screenings. Please note: buyers and exhibitors have priority access if venue capacity is restricted due to COVID-19. In 2021, Market Screenings can only be accessed with an online ticket. Tickets are free of charge but must be obtained beforehand. Buyers have priority. Market Badge holders will also have access to the extended EFM online features (EFM Industry Sessions, Online Screenings, Participants Guide, Event Schedule).

The Online Market Badge grants access to the extended EFM online features (EFM Industry Sessions, Online Screenings, Participants Guide, Event Schedule).
