A biting critique of the national crisis in Argentina of 2002. A young cyclist is run over one night by pimps and badly injured. Two first-aid attendants working for a private ambulance company arrive promptly, but either cannot or will not help the injured girl. A little later, the state emergency services arrive. However, the ambulance men prove incapable of helping and the young woman dies on the way to hospital. And then she meets the gangsters who caused the accident once again …
