From February 6, daily from 10am to 8pm:

Tickets may be purchased three days in advance. Tickets for repeat screenings of Competition movies may be purchased four days in advance. On the day of the screening, tickets are only available at the box offices of the cinemas themselves.
Advance ticket sales for all screenings in Friedrichstadt-Palast, HAU , the Culinary Cinema and the series Berlinale goes Kiez and Happy Birthday, Studio Babelsberg also start on February 6.
Additional fee for 3D screenings € 2.00.
February 19 is “Berlinale Kinotag”
For the Kinotag, advance sales begin on February 6 at all advance sales points. All tickets for all shows on this day cost 6,00 €.

Starting February 6, a limited allocation of tickets can be booked online. When you click on the icon for each film on the programme page you will be directed to the online ticket shop.
There is an additional processing fee of 1,50 € per ticket for online ticket purchases, which can be paid by credit card (Amex, Mastercard, Visa). Once the order/payment has been completed, changes or refunds are no longer possible. Reserved tickets can be picked up between 10am and 7:30pm at the Berlinale Internet Counter in the Arkaden am Potsdamer Platz shopping centre by showing your printed confirmation and ID.
Due to the large number of Berlinale cinemas and the related technical infrastructure, tickets booked online may only be picked up at the Berlinale's central internet ticket counter in the Potsdamer Platz Arkaden shopping centre.
Please note that there may be a wait at the pick-up counter. We therefore ask you to pick up your reserved tickets as early as possible.
From the beginning of advance sales, tickets will also be available at ticket offices connected to the Eventim network for a 2,00 € surcharge.
Tickets for pupils, students, persons in federal volunteer service, handicapped people, unemployed people, Berlinpass holders and welfare recipients are available at a 50% discount for same-day tickets at cinema box offices.
Groups of at least 5 people who register by telephone starting January 25 (Tel: 030 886 27613 , daily from 11am to 5pm): 2 € per person.
Reserved tickets can be picked up starting February 9, daily from 11am to 6pm, at the Berlinale Service Center, Eichhornstraße 3, Potsdamer Platz.

Many Berlinale cinemas have a limited number of spaces for wheelchairs. Beginning February 6, wheelchair users can call 030 259 20 259 every day between 11am and 5pm or fax 030 259 20 230 to book tickets. Prices vary depending on the film, and admission is free for escorts. Tickets are available at the Berlinale Service Center, Eichhornstr. 3, Potsdamer Platz, from February 9.
All cinemas are accessible to wheelchairs, except for the Colosseum, Delphi Filmpalast, Filmkunst 66 and the Hakesche Höfe Kinos.
