Performing a search
Using the search form you can search the entire official programme of the Berlinale. Film titles and names do not have to be written out in full and the search is not case-sensitive.
Using the Filter Search you can limit your search to specific areas of the programme: Section, Venue, Country of production, Date, Starting time. The criteria of the Filter Search can be combined in any way. Please not that the Keyword Search and Filter Search cannot be combined.

Display of Search Results
The main component of a programme entry is always the complete title of the event or film. Every time of each film or event is always displayed. If you have selected a specific time and/or date and/or venue, these hits will be marked bold in the search results.
By default the results are sorted alphabetically according to the original title of the film or event. By simply clicking on a search criterion (“Sort by”) you can sort the result anew anytime.

Icons
You will find a legend explaining all icons used in the programme search as well as abbreviations at the bottom of each page.

Buying tickets
If you click on the “Online Tickets” icon, you will be automatically forwarded to the page of the Berlinale partner “Eventim”. You may purchase your ticket using a credit card.

My Programme Planner
By clicking on the “Add to ‘My Programme Planner’” icon, you can save an event in your personal Programme Planner Planner. In order to create a Programme Planner, you must first set up a personal user account at “My Account”.
