Berlinale

DEUTSCH-FRANZÖSISCHES JUGENDWERK (DFJW)

OFFICIAL BERLINALE PARTNER (SINCE 2010)

Since 2004 the “Dialogue en perspective“ award has been presented in the Perspektive Deutsches Kino section. As the sponsor of the award, the French-German Youth Office (FGYO) invites three German and three French film lovers aged 18-29 to take part in an intercultural dialogue. The award’s jury is rounded out by a young cinephile from an annually changing third country, this year from Slovakia.

With Jan Henrik Stahlberg (Muxmäuschenstill, 2004) the festival was able to win a renowned Francophile director, scriptwriter and actor to chair the “Dialogue en perspective” jury in 2012.

This year the "Dialogue en perspective" prize goes to Marten Persiel's film This Ain't California.

Additionally, on February 16 a FGYO-Panel on the topic "Le cinéma selon Internet / Internet, wie haben Sie das gemacht?“ took place at the Deutsche Kinemathek.
